Bathroom #2....

I'm getting there slowly with the before and after shots.... have to take a photo in that tiny time between me cleaning the room to be photo-worthy, and the kids getting in there and messing it all up again  :P


Anyway, here is the kids bathroom - I really love this room, especially the red tiles... its so light and airy, modern but fun...

and a huge improvement on what it was like before!

Bathroom before: this bathroom had a leak (behind the bin in this photo) - the previous owners didn't bother to fix it, just kept piling in more plaster to fill in the ever-widening gap, so gross! I didn't even get a proper photo of it, couldn't bear going into the room if I didn't have to.

Bathroom after.... ah, nice crisp and bright white... much better :)

Will post photo of bathtub shortly, once my camera is charged up (don't you hate that!).

The first of the "before and afters"

Well, so much for 2 months to do the renovation. We moved in with no running water in the house, one toilet that worked, a huge huge mess of boxes and building materials, and a broken piano... but no matter, we have finally, several months later, started to 'see the light'. Here is the first room that is "finished".... drum roll...
